Description

Ravioli with a free range chicken and mushroom filling, made using Quality Sfoglia Pasta (pronounced ‘sfoya’) – this is the traditional Italian way of using sheet on sheet pasta rather than folding the pasta to make the ravioli, provides a perfect balance of pasta to filling.

Ingredients

Pasta: Durum Wheat Semolina, Chicken, Water, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Wheat Gluten), Egg, Potato Flakes (Sulphites), Salt, Margarine (Colour (Carotene)), Flavours, Emulsifier (471), Mushrooms, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spice. Pasta: 12% Egg Filling: 47% Chicken and 1% Mushrooms

Usage Instructions

Add entire pack of pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water with salt to taste; pasta will separate during cooking. Simmer without stirring for 6 minutes, or until desired texture is reached. Drain and serve. If frozen, fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator and cook pasta as per above cooking instructions.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Product may be frozen.
